Our clients purchased this property featuring a separate pool house with Historical Designation as the Marquez Filling Station, which had been in operation for over 100 years. Knowing their family’s programmatic needs, our clients looked to the studio to deliver a vision for architecture and interior design. The Filling Station became a home office, carefully restored to historic standards outside and further enhanced by a lounge area that leads to the pool. We opened up the main house’s congested floorplan by adding Euroline doors and windows to create larger punctures to the lush surroundings.
